Different zones can solve privacy, containment, and access without one material everywhere.
Different parts of a Republic property may need different solutions. The area beside the home may call for privacy, while a longer rear boundary may favor visible containment. A walk gate may serve daily traffic while a separate opening is needed for a mower, trailer, or service vehicle. Premier maps these uses before recommending one material around the entire site.
Cedar and vinyl can create private outdoor living areas. Chain link is useful for longer boundaries, pets, equipment, and commercial sites, while aluminum or ornamental metal can provide a more open architectural edge. Drainage, exposure, gate approach, and future property improvements are considered before the line is finalized.
Custom deck installation adds another layer to the plan. The deck’s stairs, railing, seating area, and lower access should align with the fence and gates. Planning both together can preserve equipment access and create a deliberate transition from the house to the enclosed yard.
Project availability depends on the exact location, service fit, property access, material needs, travel logistics, and current schedule. Premier does not present a separate office in every community.
